Dawn McGee pivoted to real estate after nearly three decades in the education field. The skills she acquired as a teacher, coach, and librarian will help you find exactly what you are looking for: whether it is a first home to set down roots or an investment opportunity to spread your wings. Dawn’s experience with organization, research skills, data analysis, and her patient persistence take pinpoint home searching to another level for her clients.

Dawn’s education and life experiences have shown her to listen closely to clients' goals, develop a path forward, and execute the plan with both the precision and flexibility required by today’s market. In addition to education and real estate, Dawn studied literature and art history at the University of Delaware and Temple University - a true Blue Hen and a proud Owl. Her goal is always to earn an A+ from you!

Dawn is excited to share her knowledge of the Philadelphia area, having grown, lived, and worked here her entire life. From a young age, she has appreciated the gifts of history, architecture, the arts, and green spaces of the region. Dawn and her husband chose to settle in the community she grew up in, Abington, with their two daughters as well. While a Montgomery County native, her Philly roots run deep: Dawn’s family settled in Greater Philadelphia in the mid-18th century. She remains in awe and wonder of it all to this day.

While Dawn spends most of her days in greater Philadelphia, she enjoys traveling to photograph the beauty of our country. Sometimes her beloved labrador retriever, Jonesy, comes along for adventures, and she even ran a marathon in Anchorage, Alaska! Her greatest thrill comes from helping others, and through real estate she continues to do just that. Guiding her clients in their search for a perfect house or the perfect buyer brings her great joy!
