As a Philadelphia native, Louis Carayol’s extensive knowledge of the city and the surrounding areas make him an incredible asset in the home buying process. Born in the Bronx and raised in Philadelphia, Louis is the true definition of a city kid at heart. As a former student of Meredith Elementary School and Charter High School for Architecture and Design, Louis’s appreciation and love for Philadelphia was instilled at a young age.

Lou left the city for a few short years to study at Rutgers University in Piscataway, NJ. After completing his studies, he made his move back home to Philadelphia to further grow his roots. Lou tested out various neighborhoods throughout the city over the years - living in Queen Village, Bella Vista, Graduate Hospital, Northern Liberties, and Center City. He currently resides in Passyunk Square with his wife and two children.

Prior to becoming a realtor, Lou worked his way through the ranks of the well-known catering company, Cescaphe Event Group where he supported business operations as the Purchasing Manager, overseeing the procurement for six event venues throughout Philadelphia. This experience gave Lou a deep understanding of how to execute a smooth process and fantastic end product for every transaction, a critical skill in real estate.

Lou’s experiences in procurement and his deep city roots allow him to understand both the buyer’s and seller’s perspective in Philly’s hot housing market. He knows that transparent communication, clear coordination and grace under pressure with every stakeholder is the keystone of any successful deal. Louis is meticulous, attentive, and personable and will go above and beyond to help you make “the stellar choice.”
