The Process

We want to get to know you! Tell us your goals, what you’re looking for, your budget, your style, and your must-haves so we can help you find the home that’s right for you.

Getting pre-approved for a mortgage loan ahead of time saves time down the line. So this should be one of your first steps!

Now the fun begins! We’ll send you some listings that we think might be a good fit and set up times to view the properties you’re most interested in.

Once you think you’ve found the place, that’s when negotiations will start. Our agents will help you come up with a strong offer so you can get the home of your dreams.

When your offer is accepted, we’ll move forward with inspections, paperwork, and deposits.

We did it! We’ll get together for closing to sign paperwork, get you your keys and deed, and celebrate. Congratulations on your new home!
