Karen Joslin

I started my real estate career in Washington, D.C. in 1978 in a 4th generation family management company. I got my first license in Annapolis, MD in 1980 to start up a new property management firm for a developer. My Philadelphia career started in 1985 when I transferred to sales, and except for a break to raise my family, I’ve been a full-time agent ever since. I guess you could say real estate is in my blood. 

I have met many wonderful people along the way and been honored to help them navigate this complicated, ever changing business. My #1 goal is to walk side-by-side with my clients to successfully solve their real estate challenges. When we leave the settlement table, I want to have made a difference in their life journey.

To round out this snapshot, I’m a lifelong sailor, avid traveler, kayak enthusiast, gardener, massive reader, cook, aspiring eco warrior, knitter, occasional snorkeler and skier, friend, and awestruck parent. So let’s have some fun!
